Support Beyond the Installation.
Lindty provides flexible support options for organizations that want dependable help maintaining, troubleshooting, and expanding their technology systems.
Flexible Support, Defined by Agreement.
Every organization and system is different. These models describe the types of agreements Lindty can structure. Scope, schedule, and pricing are defined in writing before work begins.
System Health Visit
For organizations that need a scheduled inspection without an ongoing contract.
Priority Support Agreement
For small organizations that want an established technical contact and prioritized scheduling.
Facility Technology Care
For organizations with multiple installed systems or recurring maintenance requirements.
Your Systems, Defined in Writing.
Agreements cover systems installed by Lindty and approved existing systems following an initial assessment. Coverage is specific to what is documented in your agreement.
Documented from Day One
Before support begins, we document what systems are covered, what is excluded, and what is billed separately. No surprises.
Predictable Scheduling
Maintenance visits and check-ins happen on the schedule written into your agreement. No guessing when we will show up.
A Consistent Contact
Covered clients have an established point of contact who already knows their systems and can prioritize their scheduling.
How Support Agreements Work
Initial Assessment
We identify and document the systems to be supported. This may include a site visit for new clients or existing-system review.
Defined Scope
The agreement states what is included, what is excluded, and what is billable separately. This is reviewed and agreed upon before the agreement begins.
Scheduled Care
Maintenance visits and system checks occur on the agreed schedule. Documentation is updated as work is completed.
Priority Assistance
Covered clients receive support according to the response terms written in their agreement. Priority scheduling is available to active agreement holders.
Support availability, response times, remote access, included labor, replacement equipment, and after-hours service depend on the written agreement. Emergency availability is not guaranteed unless specifically included.
Let’s Define a Support Structure That Fits.
Tell us what systems you have and what kind of support you are looking for. We will put together a clear scope before any agreement begins.
