Pricing & Process
Pricing depends on the type of work, the size of the job, and the materials needed. We don’t publish flat rates because every project is different. What we do offer is a free, no-pressure quote before any work begins. Call us, tell us what you need, and we’ll give you a straight number before we ever show up.
Yes. Estimates are always free. For straightforward jobs, we can often quote you over the phone. For larger or more complex projects, we’ll schedule a quick site visit to assess the space and give you an accurate number. No obligation either way.
Both options work. We provide the labor and expertise. You can supply your own materials, or we can advise you on exactly what to purchase for your situation. If you’re not sure what to buy, just ask and we’ll point you to the right products without upselling you on things you don’t need.
Our availability varies by week, but we typically schedule within a few days for standard work. For urgent situations, call us directly and we’ll do our best to prioritize you. Managed Services clients get priority scheduling as part of their plan.
Yes. We understand that most of our clients are working during standard business hours. We schedule around your availability, including early mornings and Saturdays for most types of work. Just let us know what works for you when you reach out.

Yes, this is one of our specialties. We set up smart home platforms (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit), smart lighting and automation, smart TV mounting and streaming configuration, and full office tech deployments including workstations, printers, and displays. We also do the training walkthrough so you actually know how to use what we install.
We work with a wide range of equipment including Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Lutron, Leviton, Hikvision, Dahua, Ring, Nest, Google, Amazon, Apple, and many others. We’re not tied to any single brand, so our recommendations are based on what’s actually right for your situation and budget.

Yes. We stand behind every installation we complete. If something we installed fails or isn’t working correctly due to our workmanship, we will come back and make it right. We don’t leave a job until it’s working correctly and you’re satisfied with the result.
Yes. Lindty Services is fully licensed and insured for all work we perform. You’re protected on every job. We can provide documentation on request for permit or insurance purposes.
Yes. We offer Managed Services plans with monthly maintenance, remote monitoring, system health checks, and priority support. These plans are designed for homeowners and businesses that want ongoing peace of mind rather than having to find someone every time something goes wrong. See our plans →
Our Starter plan covers basic monthly check-ins and a priority support line. Our Standard plan adds regular on-site visits, network monitoring, and camera system verification. Our Premium plan is designed for businesses that need comprehensive coverage including same-day response, preventative maintenance visits, and full network and security management. For Managed Services clients on Standard and Premium plans, we provide a priority contact line for urgent issues.
